I was Lillian's guinea pig, if you will, during her studies. Practicing and honing her skills. So, when it came time to decide what I was going to do about the bilateral carpel tunnel syndrome - when the GP was suggesting surgery as the only way forward - I knew I had to see Lillian. This was in 2014 - when she was just starting - today, 10 years ago! I have never had another issue with regards to my wrists since. 10 years!
Unfortuntately due to the stress surrounding a new covid, and giving birth to my second child during that time and having a difficut pregnancy ontop of that, I developed severe post partum depression. I sought the services of psychologists and psychiatrists that had me on many different medications and dosages which ultimately just never got me out of the funk. I eventually stopped taking medication as it wasn't working anyway and just made me feel worse. I had the depression for approximately two and a half years after my son was born when I decided to ask Lillian for help. We had two sessions every day for about 5 days in a row and by the week thereafter I realised I wasn't depressed anymore. Two and a half years of severe depression, gone! In a week? Are you joking??
I will forever be grateful to Lillian and her gift, because what she does isn't a skill but a gift that she is amazingly willing to share.

Being familiar with kinesiology, I sought out Lillian Dreyer’s assistance with a swollen index finger. I am a Therapeutic Reflexologist and cannot work if my hands are sore. Therefore, I truly hoped that the kinesiology would help. I tried anti-inflammatory medications as well as some other treatments, which did not make a difference. Lillian then said that we should try the N.O.T. approach and see. We did one treatment, and after a few hours, one could visibly see that the swelling on the index finger had gone down. It was after the second treatment that it had gone down completely and has never returned again. I was pleasantly surprised! N.O.T. is an amazing therapy, and I highly recommend the skilled Therapist Lillian Dreyer. I will certainly utilise her services on a regular basis, should it be required.

N.O.T.: The not-so-familiar approach to healing.
At first, when I heard about the treatment, I did not really think much of this technique, as till today it is hard to explain how this technique changed my diagnosis, but I do know it definitely did.
Since the age of 16, I have had cervical and ovary difficulties. From what started as PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) right to the part where they had to remove Type A cancer cells from my womb. This time was challenging as it affected my mood, menstrual pain levels, weight, and a hormone imbalance. After numerous medical procedures, including pap smears, laparoscopies, biopsies, and the list goes on, I was clean at last.
4 years passed with no problems or abnormalities until January 2023, when my cycle got messed up, my mood was up and down, and what worried me most and sent me to my GP were the pigmentation marks I noticed in my face.
Like with all GP's, we started with blood tests. When the results returned, the hormone level associated with PCOS clearly stated that this process I so dreaded was again making its way into my life. My GP immediately referred me to my gynaecologists to determine how far the PCOS has already affected me.
There was a week-long timeframe between my GP consultation and my gynaecologists’ consultation in which I confided in Lillian about my condition and the emotions I was experiencing. She then offered to give me N.O.T. treatment sessions before having to consult with my gynaecologist.
I did not have much hope, and the depression was already taking its toll on me, but I thought, What did I have to lose? Seeing as Lillian felt like such a safe place for me, I agreed.
She went out of her way to do three sessions with me in the days leading to my consultation. Before the first session, she told me that my body was showing her that the PCOS level was already at an 80+ percentage. After each session, she would then test again, confirming that that percentage was drastically dropping and showing a 0% after session 3. This was either too good to be true or magic really did exist.
The day after my last session, I had my gynaecologist consult. He went through the whole routine with me, sonar, and a pap smear, checking inside and out.
He then told me that there was no sign of PCOS. I asked, but what about the blood tests? To which he just again replied, “There is no sign of PCOS." I was amazed at what N.O.T. did for me. I started telling everybody about it; some of them still don’t understand, but please, I gave Lillian permission to share my blood results and gynaecologist confirmation with whomever she thinks fit, and hopefully this will inspire people to give N.O.T. a chance. What do you have to lose? All I lost was PCOS.

I had a lot of pain in my left arm and I struggled terribly with stomach problems, e.g., constipation. Then I heard about Lillian, and I decided to go see her and ask her to work on me. I went, then I was with her for a few sessions, and every session I just got better, and today I can testify that I am completely cured. I can't thank Lillian enough. I just feel like a different person. I can recommend anyone to go see her.

I am a 70-year-old female suffering from osteoarthritis in the neck and lower back. Two years ago, my sciatic nerve was pinching, and I could hardly walk. I had one session of N.O.T. with Lillian Dreyer, and after that, I could walk without pain. Last month, I developed pain in the right shoulder, and after one session, the pain was so much less.
N.O.T. is not a well-known therapy, but it really works.
I can recommend Lillian Dreyer at any time.
